Quality Service

We offer a wide-range of services for all your sheet metal fabrication needs, including: laser cutting, CNC brake press forming, finishing, and design & engineering.

Our fabrication shop is unique because we have ability to perform precision cutting and custom finishing in-house, which means we can get your job done from start to finish without the need for additional contractors.

Fiber Laser Cutting

At Circa Metals, we use a Fiber Laser for cutting sheets up to 5’x10’. The distinct advantage of using our Fiber Laser is its high precision; it is capable of cutting within a tolerance of +/- 0.001”.

The high peak power and short pulses of a fiber laser also allow it to be used not just for cutting, but also for marking and engraving. Furthermore, the high quality of the beam of a fiber laser allows for cleaner, burr-free edges and faster cutting speeds than with other cutting equipment.

Bending

We use CNC Brake Presses for bending sheet metal pieces up to 10 feet wide. Through the application of pressure reference technology and dynamic crowning we can achieve flawless and consistent bending results, within a tolerance of +/- 0.005”.

Punching

For punching, we use a CNC Punch Press that can work with sheet metal up to a size of 4’x8’. This equipment allows us to quickly punch holes in sheet metal for a variety of applications in the most cost-effective way currently available.

Materials

We can work with a range of materials, including: steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, brass, bar stock, and coated materials (special materials are available upon request).

Custom Finishing

Circa Metals offers in-house powder coating solutions using paint-line powder coat. Powder coating is applied using electrostatic technology thus resulting in a durable finish on many different types of metal.We can meet any color and finish requirements for pieces up to 10’x10’.

RoHS-Compliant

Our process complies with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS), so you can be confident that your project will not contain toxic substances nor result in toxic e-waste at the end of its useful life.
